NSW:Obesity charity has licence cancelled

A charity which pledged to solve the country's obesity problem has had its licence
cancelled due to breaches of NSW charity laws.

The State Government says members of the public should no longer make donations to
Solutions to Obesity Problems or STOP.

An investigation found the 15-hundred dollars raised by the charity during Derby Day
at Randwick Racecourse this year could not be accounted for and there's no evidence it
was spent in accordance with the charity's objectives.
